Required Skills:

• Past posting includes
  leadership responsibility for a small team
• Past position includes
  responsibility for developing object-oriented designs in UML that embody
  good design principles (inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, Design
  Patterns)
• 5 or more years experience
  developing C# applications in Visual Studio and .Net
• Experience with Windows Forms
  and User Controls
• Experience writing queries and
  stored procedures for SQL Server
• Knowledge of UML, layered architectures
  and design patterns
• Knowledge of SDLC and processes
  such as RUP
• Experience developing unit
  tests
• Excellent communication skills
  – verbal and written

Additional Skills
Desired:

• Experience with developing
  shrink-wrapped commercial software packages deployed via CD or the
  Internet
• Experience developing software
  related to Health Care/Electronic Billing
